Vooral aan de sociale voorzieningen. De kwaliteit van zorg is voor ons belangrijk en natuurlijk mag dat wat kosten, maar er zit een grens aan wat we kunnen betalen. Op termijn kunnen we dit niet volhouden. Hierdoor moeten we keuzes maken om de kwaliteit van zorg voor de meest kwetsbaren te behouden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ondanks dat we ook in 2021 moeten besparen op de uitgaven, willen we niet dat de belastingen te veel stijgen. Op voorspraak van Lijst Riel Goirle is daarom besloten om de OZB niet nog eens met 5% extra te verhogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als gemeente krijgen we op dit moment simpelweg te weinig geld van de overheid om alle taken goed uit te voeren. Daarom moesten we vorig jaar al veel bezuinigen en harde keuzes maken. Nog meer bezuinigen zou betekenen dat we de sociale voorzieningen en het groene karakter van onze dorpen kapotmaken.
